Wow! It’s finally up! This blog has been such a long time coming that there are a million topics bumping around my brain to post about. But first, I’d like to thank my super talented husband for all the love he poured into the design—isn’t it amazing? I love his idea of turning the navigation bar into a bookshelf. Since I began this journey to better health there’s been a constant parade of books into our house, and not just cookbooks but books about gardening, sprouting, fasting, detoxing, seed saving, composting, spirituality, the environment… which explains the two bookends trying to hold up and make sense of the vast amounts of frequently conflicting information! Our goal was to create something modern and clean that can be a repository for recipes but also so much more, and I think
